When will my order be shipped?
For most in-stock merchandise, orders placed by 3pm ET will be shipped on the same day. All orders received after these times will be processed on the next business day.
Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?
No. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each delivery address.
Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Some items are packed and shipped separately to ensure that they arrive safely.
Can I pick up my online order from the Robert Cenedella | 60 Years of American Art Store in New York?
No, online orders cannot be collected from our address in New York.
Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders in accordance with applicable laws in each state. Any taxes will be indicated at checkout.
Are there any additional charges for packing?
There is an additional charge for shipping tubes to send posters. The tube helps ensure that posters arrive safely.
Can I have my order shipped with insurance?
Insurance is not offered through the online checkout page; however, if you require insurance for your shipping needs, please e-mail us at orders@robertcenedella.com to accommodate your request.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
What if I received damaged, defective, or incorrect items?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@robertcenedella.com within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may require photo proof of any damage.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at orders@robertcenedella.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request.
